If you order a non-monogrammed item in addition to a monogrammed item, your entire order will ship once the monogrammed item has been completed

Refunds of any kind are NOT accepted unless the wrong item was sent or the piece of clothing/item is defective. If this happens, you have 7 days after receiving your goods to report any incident.
