Please allow up to 7-12 business days for us to process the order before your order is shipped. During the holiday season, please also allow for shipping delays and additional holiday order volume.

If you order a non-monogrammed item in addition to a monogrammed item, your entire order will ship once the monogrammed item has been completed

RETURN POLICY

Refunds of any kind are NOT accepted unless the wrong item was sent or the piece of clothing/item is defective. If this happens, you have 7 days after receiving your goods to report any incident. Please email us at flenersmscboutique@att.net On certain occasions we will accept returns but you are responsible for shipping the item back promply and we will give you store credit

To keep your clothing design as beautiful as possible, we recommend washing the garment inside out on the gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water. You can either tumble dry low or line dry!
